    Bacon Baked Potato !!! All you do is peel whole potatoes (But *More Flavor* with Skin on) cut them all across, not too thin, & Not all the way through, sprinkle with salt, not too much, bacon is salty. Then fill with small bacon slices in between. Bake in a pan with some oil until potatoes are fully cooked, and serve! In the original recipe, the potatoes are first cooked half way, to cut the baking time. Maybe sprinkle on diff. cheeses near end of baking!

Slice potato almost but not all the way through. Tuck butter between slices. Bake until tender. Dribble with sour cream. Shower with grated cheese. Bake again until melted and gooey. Lavish with more sour cream and chopped scallion or chili or whatever you please.

These potato rounds are topped with cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon bits and taste great topped with a little sour cream!

Cheddar Bacon Dip - another yummy dip! I used Fiesta Ranch dip mix instead of regular. I think I'll make it again and use the regular next time to see which is better.

Easy oven roasted potatoes 2 large potatoes, scrubbed 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp salt 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). big ziploc bag to coat the potatoes. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a ziplock bag to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
