Corn Casserole 1 box Jiffy 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 2 eggs 1 stick butter, melted 1 Cup Sour cream Mix all together in casserole adding the sour cream last. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.

White Chicken Enchiladas - went to a dinner party last weekend had these enchiladas. They were SO good! SO creamy and delicious! No Cream of Anything Soup in them either! Wishing I had some leftovers for dinner tonight.
This recipe is called cookies in a cloud. It is the one my friends always request me to make. Layer a 9x13 pan with chocolate chip cookies. Mix an 8 oz package of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 egg and layer on top of cookies. Add another cookie layer on top of the cream cheese layer. Bake in the oven at 350 until the cookies are done.

Farmer's Casserole 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t.salt 1/4 t.pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.Bake at 350 45-55 min.
