Pizza Burgers 1 lb ground chuck 1/3 c chopped pepperoni (I use turkey pepperoni) 3 Tbsp pizza sauce 1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 egg 3 mozzarella cheese slices warm pizza sauce 3 hamburger buns In mixing bowl, combine hamburger, pepperoni, Italian Seasoning, egg and pizza sauce. Use hands or a wooden spoon to mix thoroughly. Divide meat into three equal portions, gently form them into patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Top burgers with mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce.

Skinny Spaghetti and Meatballs - delightfully 'skinny', wonderfully delicious, this great recipe will have your family happily digging in for dinner. It's not very often a 'skinny' recipe is such a hit with my husband, but this really was a success. The 1/2 ground turkey, 1/2 chopped veggie mixture that forms the meatball base not only cuts calories, it makes for a deliciously light meatball. Such a win-win, here. TIP: Double the recipe and freeze half for another night.
