KALE, CHICKPEA AND AVOCADO SALAD   Kale, chopped Chick Peas (aka Garbanzo beans) Avocado Fresh basil, chopped Red onion, minced Feta Pomegranate seeds or dried cranberries Sprinkle of salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, honey, and freshly squeezed lemon juice   Mix all ingredients, and put back in the fridge for 15 minutes or more to “marinate.”
