Herbed Slow Cooker Chicken So easy to make and DELICIOUS! It cooked while I painted this morning. I plan to create it the night before, keep it in the fridge, and then have my husband start the crockpot when he comes home for lunch. That way I only add the sides when I come home from work. :)

This is one of those recipes that you can see on Pinterest, walk into the kitchen, find everything you need, and have it in the crockpot within 10 minutes. Of course, I did make a change - in the interests of both time and money, I subbed a bag of frozen pepper strips for the red and green bell peppers. Otherwise, this dinner is a go!
