Bone Broth is a nutritional powerhouse. I try to consume this at least a few times a week. It supplies calcium, minerals, glucosamine chondroiton and a bunch of healthy fats that are great for the skin! Bone broth is also great for people on the GAPS diet because it may heal the gut as well. This recipe is from nourished kitchen and I highly recommend checking their website out!

Six Sisters' Stuff: Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup this was delicious. i followed the recipe very loosely. didn't measure the vegetables (didn't use celery because it's gross, didn't use green onion because i didn't have any, used frozen corn), used more noodles and more chicken. was GREAT with the one hour roll recipe!
