Baked Brie Bites. So easy! Preheat oven to 350. Place a cube of brie in each phyllo tart. Top with 1/2 tsp brown sugar, chopped pecans, honey. Bake until brie is melted. Maybe even throw in a fig!?! :)
Red Lobster biscuit recipe. 1.5 c Bisquick 1.5 c shredded cheddar 1/2 c milk 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp oregano (omit or use less) 3/4 tsp garlic salt 1) mix bisquick, cheese and milk to form sticky dough. 2) drop lumps of dough on greased cookie sheet 1.5in apart. 3) 10min. 400f. 4) Brush with melted butter, oregano and garlic salt. 5) another 5-6min at 350F.
Blue Cheese & Pecan Stuffed Celery - 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans, 2 tablespoons chopped dried cranberries. Spread on celery & top with cracked pepper.
White Trash Dip 1 can chili (15 oz) 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz ea), softened 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1 lb. bacon 4 green onions, chopped 1 tsp red pepper flakes Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon. Crumble. Mix together chili, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions in a large bowl. Spread mixture into a pie pan. Cook for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Serve with chips.
Sausage Balls.....secret ingredient ~ cream cheese. The cream cheese keeps the sausage balls moist and tender. Hot sausage for a little kick, but regular sausage works well, too. 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked. 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 1/4 cups Bisquick. 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients til well combined. (KitchenAid mixer w/ dough hook works well) Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake 20-25 min. Enjoy!
