    PARMESAN ROASTED POTATOES 9-10 baby Dutch yellow potatoes 3-4 tbsp grated Parmesan 1 tbsp olive oil Garlic powder Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper Fresh chopped parsley ~Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the potatoes for 4-5 minutes. Drain and let cool. Slice into quarters and toss with oil, garlic, salt, pepper and Parmesan.
