Arroz Valenciana (this uses coconut milk) 12-20-11.This was delicious! It was cooked for quite awhile so, not something you can do quickly. I followed the recipe exactly but got chicken sausage and didn't add any precooked sausage to the dish. We were out of fish sauce, so none of that. It has a wonderful smell. It's sweet and salty. Love the coconut milk in it. Yummy!
