    Mojito - 1 lime * 10 mint leaves * 1 Tbs. sugar * 1.5 oz white rum * splash of club soda Using a mortar and pestle, grind 8 of the mint leaves with the sugar until it becomes a paste. Spoon the paste into a glass. Drop a few ice cubes into the glass. Add the rum, club soda and a good squeeze of lime. Give a good stir, garnish

Mojito An easy mojito recipe:

1.5 oz BACARDI Rum
12 fresh spearmint leaves
1/2 lime
7 oz club soda
2 tbsp. simple syrup 
(or 4 tsp. sugar)

 Gently crush mint leaves and lightly squeeze lime in a cool tall glass. Pour sweet syrup (or sugar) to cover and fill glass with ice. Add Bacardi Rum, club soda and stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few sprigs of mint.

Mint leaves chopped 2 tblsp superfine sugar 6 ounces seedless watermelon, pureed 1/2 cup lime juice,fresh 3/4 cups light rum Crushed ice In shaker muddle mint, sugar, and 1/2 the lime juice. Add ice, rum and then watermelon. Shake. Strain over ice and serve.

Frozen Cherry Mojitos 1 lb frozen, pitted cherries 3 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup white rum 1 cup lime simple syrup lime wedges and fresh cherries to garnish Place the frozen cherries, ice, mint, rum, and lime simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime and cherries.

Mojitos! Got hooked on these in California (the virgin kind). Loved them in any flavour, especially the fruity ones. This pregnancy is giving me weird cravings...
