Love this visual writing rubric ... great for the beginning of the year to give them a starting point!

I like this BUT I would change it slightly to make a better acronym. "BEST" (beginning, evidence/events, solution/summary, title--> which prompts the writer to review their writing to see if the main idea is evident) W.O.

This will be PERFECT for fourth grade!! I started a lesson similar to this, but the added ideas will make it more fun.
