400 Calories: Oil, Chicken, or Vegetables - seriously, this is one key I need to remember. Calories matter and I can maximize them for fullness when I'm struggling with eating well, or knowingly indulge. Knowledge arms us to make choices.

Great advice. It is pretty easy to see where this makes sense. I know a lot of people who snack out of boredom, not even aware of how many calories they ingest simply because they haven't assigned a better activity for little pockets of time.

Basically look like stupid while walking.. but hey, its not stupid if it works.
