The 5-4-3-2-1 Workout just did this!! Chose to ride my bike on my trainer for first 5 min! Good work out! Kicks your butt.. After doing the cycle twice I road my bike again for another 20 min! Felt good to mix it up a bit.. Usually just do a p90x DVD

I do a work out like this just a little different: 100 Rope Jumps 90 Jumping Jacks 80 High Knees 70 Squats 60 Crunches 50 Lunges 40 Push ups 30 Triceps dips 20 Jump Up touch ground 10 Burpies

Sounds like a great cardio workout. Only one I'm not sure of is Mountain Climber, but I will figure it out.

Easy cardio work out in less than 20 mins. Perfect when you're short on time or traveling for work like I am in hotels! Add a few planks for better abs.
