the miracle...having completed my first half marathon in February knowing I just began jogging eight weeks prior, I agree!!!!

I like the walk/run aspect of this 1/2 training plan. I think there is something to be said for interval training. Not that I'm training for a 1/2 right now. I'm just sayin'....if I ever did decide to do a 1/2...

I do plan on it someday, maybe even this next year if I can get my butt in gear again!
