Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Bacon & Apples -- We made this a few weeks ago and it was DELICIOUS!! A few modifications-- I did all on the stovetop instead of roasting in the oven. I did not care much for the apples in this recipe, but Chris really liked them. We will be making this again! Another Successful Pinterest recipe in our house!
