Olive Oil No Knead Pizza Dough recipe - "This olive oil dough recipe is ridiculously easy to make. So easy, I questioned if I had skipped a step! It is rich, full of flavor and perfect for pizza dough and focaccia. It also makes a lot of dough, but the beauty is that you can store the leftover dough in the fridge for up to 12 days and use it as the urge strikes."
Pizza, spinach dip bread bowls, lasagna, cookie cups, and Reese's cookies all in a mini version! I've been looking for little snacks for parties, and these all look really good!
Pies made in a cupcake pan. Marie's comments of 11-10-12: To make six mini pies, I used a muffin top pan, one Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust and a 21 ounce can of Wilderness country cherry pie filling. Used egg wash on the bottom and sides of crust, filled each with approximately 1/4 cup of pie filling, and baked for 25 minutes. Very nice pies!
Mini Lasagnas (marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, won ton wraps, Italian seasoning and ground beef/sausage if desired)
Cinnasticks - sooooo good! Used Pillsbury seamless dough sheet spread on greased cookie sheet and baked only 10 min. Instead of butter in the glaze I used the TB melted ,to brush the crust rather than oil. Used only 1/4 cup sugar/cinnamon mixture, and 1/3 the amount of glaze. Cut into 12 strips > 125 calories a stick. DELICIOUS warm!!
