Fermented Salsa: 1/2-1 chopped jalapeno, 4 peeled, seeded tomatoes, 1 chopped onion, 2 minced Garlic cloves, juice of 2 Lemons or 3 limes, 1T Sea salt, 2T whey, 1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro. Mix together ingredients in jar, add sea salt and whey. Make sure to leave at least an inch of space from the top of the jar. Room temperature 3 days, then fridge.
