Wee Kitchen: Fruit & Nut Bread Notes from Ann: The nut medley I used was hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans I used dried cherries versus dried cranberries. I used dried blueberries in place of dried currants. Sultanas are just golden raisins.

FRUIT & NUT BREAD. whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts), chopped dried fruit (dates and/or figs), chopped dried fruit (cherries, cranberries, apricots) The bread is awesome butter or oil added in this bread and tastes delicious.
