Loaded Mashed Potatoes Bake @350 6 cups mashed potatoes 1/2 cup milk 1 cup sour cream 2 tsp parsley 1 tsp garlic powder 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 lb bacon crumbled. Mix first 5 in mixer until creamy, spoon in greased 9 x 13 top with cheese & bacon. Cover w/foil for 30 min.

Garlic and Herb Potato Wedges - YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY!!! So easy, and I always have leftover russet potatoes when I buy them by the bag. I didn't have thyme but they were still delicious! I had it for dinner, and having it for lunch today. I also added a pinch of cayenne. I know it's weird, but I like to eat them by dipping them first in Ranch dressing then a little bit of ketchup

Now add 4 garlic cloves that are peeled and sliced and toss them in too.Roast in the oven 20 to 25 minutes @425, until “crisp-tender and the tips of some of the florets are browned.” add lemon zest & juice, parm cheese, and serve

Gwenyth Paltrow's No-Fry Fries: 2 lrg russet potatoes; 2 tbsp olive oil; coarse sea salt. Heat oven to 450°. Cut potatoes in half horizontally; cut each half into 1/3-inch-thick fries and place in a bowl of cold water. Remove from water and dry thoroughly. Toss with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place fries on a cookie sheet. Roast until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally, 25 minutes.
