I pin them all...Now to actually do them but I think u should go on a walk or jog or run (which ever u feel like) with ur friends and then pick a few of theses to do and eat a little more healthy drink more water have some smoothies and fruit and stuff like that

Bulgarian Split Squat... another one of my favorites. Want great toned legs? This is one of the ways to get them! Pair exercise with a nutritious diet, and you'll be in tip top shape in time! Notice her technique: her weight is placed evenly, being mostly in her front heel, NOT her front toe. Her knee is slightly behind her toe, her back is set and she is upright. Great technique is key!

Legs. I was surprised when this one left me sore the next day! Works the arms a bit too during some moves- also isn't super time consuming. If you aren't a beginner I would do more than this though for your legs.
