Apple cinnamon water...the original post is under my detox board. Take 1 apple, slice it, put it into a pitcher, add a cinnamon stick, fill 1/2 pitcher w/ ice, then fill w/ h20. Then sip away for a energy fill day! I modified this to my big water bottle so I can just sip out of it all day & added 2 cinnamon sticks! Oh & don't through away your apples & sticks cause you can reuse them 2 to 3 times!

To make one big pitcher use 1 apple and 1 cinnamon stick, re-fill the pitcher with water 3-4 times before you change the apple and cinnamon, and always let sit still for 10 minutes in the fridge before serving it, or you can leave overnight for stronger flavor.
Dreamy Nighttime Drink Recipe - 1 cup milk - 1 tsp. vanilla - 2 tsp. honey - pinch of cinnamon - Pour milk in mug. Microwave on high until milk is very hot, about 3 min. Stir in honey & vanilla, sprinkle with cinnamon & serve. I'd have to use almond milk.
