Neapolitan Cupcakes- loved this! I used 2 duncan H's white cake mixes, following their instructions, and added in the 1/4c coco powder and 1/4 c "jam (had none so blended strawberries and a little hershey's strawberry syrup) to the separated batter, then layered them in and baked. The chocolate batter was a bit stiffer but it turned out great!
These Heath Bar Cupcakes have that delicious, buttery toffee flavor baked right into the cake. They’re then topped with my favorite buttercream frosting and a drizzle of rich, dark chocolate ganache. As if that wasn’t enough, I nestled a piece of Heath Bar directly on top of each cupcake for a finishing touch.
