      Papaya Salad--1 avocado, 1 papaya, 1 lime. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp salt, -Pit the avocado and slice it lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick pieces. -Do the same with the papaya and then place all pieces in a small bowl. -Combine the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. -Spoon the dressing over the avocado and papaya. Serve immediately.
