Buffalo Chicken Cupcakes | The Girl Who Ate Everything 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup Ranch dressing 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (Frank's is the brand I like) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken 24 wonton wrappers (see Note) 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
5oz Frank's red hot
2 pkgs cream cheese
8oz ranch dressing
2 10oz cans chicken, drained well
-Melt first 3 ingredients together with a handful of shredded cheddar.
-Mix in chicken (I shred it).
-Pour into baking dish.
-Sprinkle top with shredded cheddar (light cover)
-Bake at 375 for 15-20mins or until cheese on top is melted.

I trippled this recipe to make 120 meatballs for the super bowl. I'll keep them warm in the crackpot with additional sauce, blue cheese and celery on the side.
