    Burgundy Beef Stew. Made 3/2/13. So good! Love that the potatoes and carrots are perfectly cooked (not mushy). Charges made: omit wine. Add 30mins-1hour cooking time. Wait to add peas till last 30 mins. Omit 5 spice but add nutmeg, tumeric, ginger. Omit orange juice.
