Tim Noble and Sue Webster, a London-based artist duo. They create amazing shadow art installations using carefully arranged objects, from trash to metal cans shot with BB pellets, arranged to cast shadows of people and skylines on the wall when a light is shined from a certain direction. Unbelievable game of shadows.

Luminous Shadow Artwork Shadow art is created by arranging stuff and creating a beautiful shadow artwork. The ones that are especially clever arrange piles of trash just so to produce something entirely different on a wall. Luckily, there are plenty of artists like Kumi Yamashita, Tim Noble and Sue Webster to fuel my addiction. Some of these you might have seen floating around the Interwebz before. Many will be new to you. #Kumi_Yamashita #Tim_Noble #Sue_Webster via #Mental_Floss

Artist: Andre Kohn (My note: The paint technique itself, as opposed to simply painting the "rain", makes it appear as though there's a gusty storm. I thought this was a still from film where the lens had gotten seriously wet-over! Genius.)
