Basic Dog Biscuits from Cesar Millan. 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (or substitute regular flour or oats, I used oats and a bit of whole wheat bran), 1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1 tsp beef or chicken stock, 1/2 cup hot water; Preheat oven to 350, knead together ingredients, roll dough to 1/2 inch thick, cut into slices/bone shapes, cook for 30 mins on lightly greased cookie sheet.
