Taco Pie 1 frozen pie shell 1  Taco seasoning mix 1 p ground beef 1/2 c ch onion 1/2 c salsa 1 c shredded lettuce 1 med tomato, chopped 1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Sour cream  In a medium skillet, cook beef and onions until beef is browned Drain. Add Salsa and taco seasoning. Cook until bubbly. Pour into Pie crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes. Top with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Cut and serve with sour cream.
