    Mashed Cauliflower- with greek yogurt, garlic, and shallots (After-eating note: Very interesting! I didn't have a food processor, so the cauliflower retained some texture after mashing. It's thinner than mashed potatoes like the recipe notes, but it's good! Will make again)
