Here's an idea kids room: 4 canvases, earth, water, wind, and fire. Something like this one could be the earth (maybe with laurel flowers or hemlock trees?, blue and white crayons from the top for rain, maybe with an umbrella girl. Fire would be a sunshine, with crayons in the center radiating out. Wind... a kite sillouette with white, light blue, light teal and purple horizontal streaks?
Crayon art DIY 1) Print off a black and white portrait. 2) Tape it to cardboard. 3) Use an x-acto knife to cut out all of the negative or positive space. 4) Move the pieces you keep to canvas, and trace. 5) Tape over whatever you don't want colored. 6) Melt your crayons. 7) Peel off the tape (Could skip 1-4, and draw the image directly on the canvas.)
