Devine gourds - ART NOUVEAU VASE. This vase is fairly large, and is constructed from two almost perfectly round basketball gourds, and a couple of bits from other gourds. The internal gourd is carved through in an open work design, and then painted and metal leafed.

Gouda style vase, Antonius Hendricus Limburg Zuid-Holland Isn't this exquisite, the vase is prettier than the flowers in it. I think you could only put in several thin irises in it with several reeds.

Loetz, Art Nouveau Vase. Loetz was the premier Bohemian glass works during this period. It was located in Klostermühle, near Rejštejn in the Sušice district in South-West Bohemia, which belonged to the Austro-Hungarian empire until 1918. Encouraged by the success of Loetz, numerous other Bohemian manufacturers were active in the production of Art Nouveau glass.
