Ingredients For the overnight oats: 1/2 c rolled oats (not instant) 1/2 c plain Greek yo 2/3 c milk 1 tsp chia seeds Variation #1 – Pumpkin Peanut Butter ½ c pumpkin puree 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp maple syrup ¼ tsp cinnamon Variation #2 – Strawberry Banana 2 to 2 ½ tbsp strawberry jam 1 banana, mashed Combine oats, yo, milk, and chia in jar, cover, and allow to sit in refrigerator. In the a.m., stir in mix-ins.

Overnight, No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal- I made the cocoa banana (and added a tablespoon of PB2) and it was amazing! I hate both oatmeal and greek yogurt so for all purposes I should have hated this but I really liked it. The texture was good as was the taste!
