    Impact of different positions during labor on child birth. I did position #3 with my first child in a hospital, it was terrible :/ with my 2nd I was on my hands and knees, 3rd I used a birthing stool, and with the current 4th I squatted with each push... Pushing was easier and faster! Gravity helps, naturally.
