Peanut Butter Cheesecakes (12) - Mix 1-1/2 c graham crumbs, 4 tbsp sugar, 1/4 c melted butter, dash salt. Put heaping tbsp into 12 lined muffin cups. Press down & slightly up sides. With mixer, beat 2-8oz pkg cr. cheese &1 c sugar till smooth, add 1 tsp vanilla & 1/2 c peanut butter. Mix while adding 3 tbsp flour. Add 2 eggs 1 at a time till creamy. Put in lg zip bag w tip cut off. Squeeze into cups, w a circular motion till almost full. Bake at 350 for 20 min till centers are set.
