Mason Jar Wall Planters - This amazing idea from Not Just A House Wife uses hanging mason jars as an indoor herb garden! This idea isnt just limited to a herb garden you could also use it for storage or decorations, and I think it would work especially well for storing bathroom supplies.

Indoor Herb Garden - no instructions on the website, but it's pretty self explanatory. I am thinking it could be simplified by using a over-the-door shelving unit on a kitchen pantry door.

Mason Jar Herb Garden (hint - put small stones in bottom to allow the dirt to drain and you can monitor how much water is in there.. also for water use either, a long spout watering can, a spritz bottle or just shove a few ice cubes in there, they will water as they melt... no mess) put in a sunny spot so that herbs will thrive!

indoor herbs . . . in lovely pots add to elegance and beauty. In the summer, they can go outside.

Great reuse of tins!! One of my Fav breakfast joints in Duluth (New London Road Cafe) uses these for creamers and kids crayons. Kinda want to steal but I won't but I'll totally steal this idea.

Mason Jar Wall Planter. I might ask my wonderful husband to make this for me for my birthday, and hang it up above our blank wall over the kitchen sink and put ivy or air plants in it. Air plants would be a nice reminder of all our hikes in the hammocks of Florida.

mason jar planters: gonna have to make these for growing herbs in back of my stove...wonder if I can get grow bulbs for the overhead fan....and by herbs, I mean basil, chives, thyme, etc.!! :)
