I love Greek food, and this would be a very healthy dip! :D
Artichoke Bread - its really just an artichoke dip baked onto bread instead of using crackers to dip into and it is really good. If you have a favorite dip already then use it instead (if you want). I have one with spinach that I really like. This one is really good too though so try it.
