Egyszerű sajtos pogácsa - Easy cheese scones: 40 dkg liszt / 400g of flour 25 dkg margarin / 250g of margarine 2 dl tejföl / 200 ml sour cream 3 dkg élesztő / 30g yeast 15 dkg reszelt sajt (a tésztába) / 150g shredded cheese (into the dough) 3 teáskanál só / 3 teaspoons of salt A tetejére: (topping) 1 tojássárgája (1 egg yolk) reszelt sajt (shredded cheese) Mix the ingredients of the dough together. No kneading is necessary, no rest for raising either. Roll it out about a quarter of an inch thick and cut out the scones with a round cookie cutter. Brush the tops with the egg yolk and sprinkle on some cheese, bake in a hot oven (250C / 475F) for about 12 minutes or golden brown.

Pillekönnyű vajas-sajtos pogácsa

Baked Brie Bites: mini phyllo tarts, brie,brown sugar chopped pecans, honey. Preheat oven to 350. Place a cube of brie in each phyllo tart. Sprinkle each tart with approximately 1/2 tsp brown sugar. Top with approximately 1/2 tsp chopped pecans and a dollop of honey. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until brie is melted. (use more or less of each ingredient according to your preference) These look AMAZING!
