Good runs make better days. I don't even know how this became true for me...

The more I run, the more I love my body. Not because it's perfect, for from it. But because with every mile it is proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible.

Even a bad run is better than no run at all.

Personal tips of mine are listen to good music, set a running and breathing rhythm that goes to "1,2,3,4" and most of all run a route that doesn't repeat often if at all because nothing kills runners joy like laps

Although I love the look of a healthy & fit body, it's important to note that healthy & fit bodies come in all shapes and sizes. I will never be smaller than a size 8 @ my fittest, and I LOVE the curves that I keep when I am that size :-)
