Sacajawea Monument overlooking the Missouri River, Mobridge, South Dakota - there's a controversy over Sacajawea's burial place. It's contended that Sacajawea died when she was only about 25, and buried in an unmarked grave. On December 20, 1812, a clerk at the fort noted in his journal: “This evening the Wife of Charbonneau a Snake (Shoshoni) Squaw, died of a putrid fever.” Unfortunately, he failed to mention which wife.

The road to Hana is very winding and takes a very long time but very much worth it, take you swimsuit and stop at the many areas on the way to Hana to swim, when you get to Hana, eat at Mamas fish house! Wonderful, then go visit Lindbergs grave!
