A veggie tray I made for the company Christmas party. The center piece is half of a purple cabbage with wooden BBQ sticks, covered in green onion topped with radishes that were cut like roses (put them in ice water overnight so they open). On the side I had cut different colored bell peppers in half and filled them with dips for the veggies
Party Fruit Tray. This has the wow factor of a fruit bouquet with a lot less effort. I flipped the orange peel side up and just sliced off a bit to make it sit flat. Since it was for Easter I topped the kabobs with colored peeps. Will definitely make again someday.
