    Protein Drink The Palatable Protein Shake Recipe (155 calories) 1 scoop Designer Whey Chocolate Protein Powder–100 calories 1 tablespoon Nestle Toll House Cocoa Powder*–15 calories 2 packets Splenda (more or less to taste) 1 cup almond milk (vanilla, unsweetened)–40 calories Put all of the dry ingredients into a shaker bottle (or blender). Add the almond mix and shake (or blend). Then drink. Easy peasy!
