Fish Taco Bowls. I'm always looking at ways to "health-ify" recipes. With this one, I would eliminate the corn, rice and beans, and replace them with a tasty mix of shredded lettuce and cabbage, topped with a bit of chipotle mayo. This looks fantastic!
