These healthy "Spa Pops," have 4 ingredients and are so easy to make at home! WHAT YOU NEED: 1 cup julienned seedless cucumber 1 fresh lemon, cut in half and seeds removed 2 cups cold water Natural Sweetener added to taste: Stevia, Maple Syrup, Honey Popsicle molds Popsicle sticks (makes 3 cups of Popsicle mix)
Spa Water at Home makes 9 cups 6 cups chilled spring water 1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/2 cup fresh mint sprigs 1 cup citrus slices Allow mixture to "marinate" in the fridge for at least 15 minutes until serving. Serve over ice.
