Tahini Avocado Chickpea Salad - I'm currently doing the wild rose cleanse and all these ingredients worked quite well with the requirements so I went for it! It's a very yummy and healthy looking salad. The dressing was great too but I may reduce the amount of tahini in the future! All in all, great salad for getting back on track from the holidays and it may be made more than once over the course of these next 12 days.
