3 month workout... I need to do this but def increase my cardio!!!

This is a good work out. I did it 3x with different and various exercises, for instance: for crunches i did a pilates move (10x) along with other ab workouts (I don't know their names), 10 lunges on each leg when it came to squats (along with squats), 30 high knees, 10 burpees, and so on.

Do this 2-3 times in a row and you'll definitely feel tighter abs and a flatter stomach by the time your done. Plus, you can do this without having to go the gym :)

RUN .5 MILES 15 PUSH UPS 30 SQUATS 40 SIT UPS REPEAT 6 TIMES I'm gonna look like a fool doing this in the mercy gym but it sounds like a good workout!
