Jeep. My Dad drove a 1954 Jeep in South Korea and these remind me of him...

I reallllly want an old jeep someday for some amazing adventures.

This is why, when the kids clear their little bookshelf of kids books, it takes me a good hour to put them nicely back where they should be. This is also why I moved the bookshelf out of their room and into the hallway. We love to read at our house, my husband, children, and I.

The sheep was originally brought over from Europe. They were brought over on Christopher Columbus' second voyage. I think that it was intended to bring them over so that the Native Americans can make clothes and blankets.

born in Colorado, I have a special place for these ones...

Awww, this brings back memories. My sister had this book when we were little!
