Quinoa & Cauliflower Cakes 1 cup quinoa - cooked 12 cups cauliflower florets - cooked & riced garlic 4 large eggs 1 1⁄3 cups crumbled feta cheese
 3⁄4 cup rolled oats
 sea salt & black pepper 2 tbsp coconut oil, or olive oil, for frying Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for 30 mins to set. Form into patties (makes 12) and fry in pan.

Want breakfast tomorrow without lifting a finger? Place 2 sliced apples, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch salt in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour in 2 cups of oatmeal, 2 cups of milk and 2 cups water. Do NOT stir. (I think I want to add walnuts...) Cook overnight for 8 - 9 hours on low.
