Mexican Dip 2 pounds of ground meat 1 brick of velvetta cheese 1 can of refried beans 1 large jar of taco sauce brown the meat, cooked through. Add the meat, cheese, beans and taco sauce to the crock pot. Let everything melt together and then serve with chips... football season!
Beer Dip ...this recipe is soooo different from the normal beer dips. Ingredients 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1/3 cup beer Directions 1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and dressing mix. Stir in Cheddar cheese, and then beer. The mixture will appear mushy. Cover bowl, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, overnight if possible. YUM!!!
Roasted Garlic and Asiago Dip. Serves 10-12 as an appetizer. 2 whole heads of garlic; 2-3 T olive oil; 8 oz cream cheese, whipped is preferable; 4 oz Asiago cheese, shredded; 1/2 cup sour cream; 6 T heavy cream; small handful fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped finely; pinch each of kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper; 2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded.
