Banana & Oatmeal Raisin Muffins 1.5 cups of oat flour + 2 tbsp 2 large bananas mashed 1 cup oats 1/2 cup coconut milk (mine had 7 g sugar) 1 cup of raisins 1/2 tsp baking powder (aluminum free) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Directions: 1. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix together until fully combined. 2. Fold in the raisins and use an ice cream scoop for uniform size muffins (my tray made 10 small muffins). 3. Bake at 350 for 23-25 minutes

Healthy Banana Oat muffins-- 5 ripe bananas 3 packets of whatever Instant Quaker Oatmeal flavor (I used protein Banana Nut) 1 egg 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda I added mini dark chocolate dark chocolate chips to half of batch after blended, for kiddos taste! So yummy, quick, and healthy! Blend. Bake 350 for 23-25 minutes!
