Coconut Milk Eggnog - This dairy-free version of the classic Christmas drink uses creamy, thick, and rice coconut milk. This is an excellent recipe. Raw it tastes very vey similar to regular egg nogg. I don't really like drinking my eggs raw though so I cooked mine up for 5 minutes after I made it and then put it back in the blender and then back in the fridge to cool. It does change the taste but I'm just not really comfortable with drinking the raw egg yolk!
