This is Queen Anne, who ruled England until 1714. She was pregnant 17 times. 12 of those ended either in miscarriage or were stillborn. Oh her liveborn, the oldest lived to age11. They think she might have had diabetes, lupus or rhesus. In the end of her life she became "exceeding gross and corpulent" and with a "gloominess of soul". Buried in a square coffin due to her size. What a tragic, miserable existence that poor woman must have suffered.

Anne I (1702-1714) she was the first monarch to see a single parliament for both England and Scotland. She was fond of food and addicted to brandy. She had 17 children but they all died as babies apart from William but he died at the age of 11.

"Mary, Queen of Scots, age 9" I have never been quite convinced that this is Mary--Mary had a long, narrow, beaky nose (not unlike her cousin Elizabeth's) and this lady's nose is positively snub! If it's Mary, it certainly doesn't look like the Clouet portraits.
